Family members of the 5 men who got shot demands explaination

Yesterday, 5 men who were believe to be involved in the notorious gang called “04″ got shot dead in Penang, however, there were no clear explanation revealed on behalf of the police.

Roughly about 50 family members and friends gathered at the mortuary yesterday night demanding for answers. On the other side, the bodies can’t be claimed for now as they are currently under investigation, said S.Nadarajah (Relative).

Below are some of the relative’s reaction towards their deaths:

• S.Nadarajah,62, one of the suspect’s uncle, said why can’t the police just fire a warning shot instead? He also added that all of them were sleeping at that particular hour. (Incident happened at 5AM)
• V.R. Murugasen, 52, one of the suspect’s father, claimed that all five of them are not involved in the 04 gang. He also added that his son is not affiliated with any gang and had no criminal records.

Murugasen is currently demanding for detailed explanation regarding this incident from Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar and Penang’s Chief Senior Deputy Commissioner, Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi.
