A Former Royal Malaysian Air Force trooper shot dead in Ipoh

This gun violence seems to be out of hand in Malaysia. Just recently K.Jaganathan was gunned down in Johor Baru and much more similar cases previously and now a former Royal Malaysian Air Force man was a victim.

The incident took place in Taman Rishah, Ipoh whereby S.Jambu Keshan, 39, was getting out of his maroon colored Perodua Kancil to have some breakfast at his father’s restaurant at Jalan Raja Perempuan Mazwin. Out of nowhere, a Toyota Vios pulled over by the victim’s car and a man wearing a full faced helmet got down from the Vios and fired three shots at S.Jambu.

According to Ipoh OCPD Assistant Commissioner, Sum Chang Keong, the motive of this murder is not determined yet and the case is still under investigation. He urged any witnesses to come forward to provide more details to help the investigation.

Jambu Keshan was  the leading aircraftman or also known as Laskar Udara Kanan before he left the Royal Malaysian Air Force five years ago, said Ashok Kumar, 28, the brother of the victim.
