Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee charged in session court
The partners of one of the most famous sex blog in Malaysian has been charged today at session court due to the controversy with a “buka puasa” greeting.
Both Alvin and Vivian were handcuffed and brought to court today at 2.06PM and charges were read to them at 2.35PM by judge, Murtazadi Amran. They were charged under the following act below:
- Film Censorship Act 2002
- Sedition Act 1948
- Alternative charge section 298A(1)(a)
