Man high on syabu, slit his son’s throat and drink his blood.
15 August 2013, Around 9PM.
Location: Lahad Datu, sabah. Kg Ipil.
A 30 year old suluk man slits the throat of his Seven year old son and drink the blood flowing out from the neck.
This gruesome act happen in the home of the man’s mother in law.
It is reported that the man abandoned his wife who is in Sandakan and went on to his mother’s in law home with the boy.
The man is believe to be high on Syabu as he slits his son throat in front of his in laws. The in laws shouted in fear and disbelief, the commotion was heard by neighbours who rushed to the house.
The villagers tried to catch the man but the man then runs amok and stab one of the villagers with a wooden stick. Soon, the villagers manage to overpower him and beat him up. When the police arrive at the scene the man wan lying unconscious due to the beating he receive.
Police went to the crime scene and found the body of the child lying lifeless in the living room.
The mother in law told the police that the suspect was a syabu addict and believe he had taken some on the way from Sandakan.
The suspect was taken to the hospital where he tried to run away but was handcuffed to the bed. The suspect then told the police that he heard unknown voices which told him to perform those gruesome acts. The voice has given his instructions to kill his son and drink his son’s blood.
The suspect will be charge for murder.
