European man sues his Malaysian Ex-Girlfriend for abusing his sperm
A man from Bosnia and currently a Malaysian Permanent Resident sues his ex-girlfriend for a whopping RM600,000!
According to Ervin Ahbabovic, his ex-girlfriend who is also a Malaysian, used him for his sperm to produce an offspring with European genes. Everything seems normal before they had the baby boy. The relationship was moving very smoothly and heading towards marriage before she gave birth.
After the birth of the son, Ervin alleged that his ex-girlfriend became too harsh and always create inharmonious situations. He also claimed that at one point she stabbed his left forearm. On the other side, the defendant always demanded to have sexual intercourse six times a day or otherwise she threatens to kill herself, says Ervin.
“I felt very humiliated, subdued, traumatized, stress and shock with all these things happening to me and she don’t even allow me to see my own son”, Ervin Ahbabovic added. Nasir Yusof, Ervin’s counsel, announced the media that the case management had been fixed on 1st of October 2013.
