4 dies on Skeikh Zayed Road because a women parked her car in the middle of the road
Tragedy has struck to a family of four when their car rammed into a four-wheel vehicle parked in the middle of the road on Sheikh Zayed by a Jordanian woman.
The Jordanian women who was parked there claimed that one of her tyre puncture and she was forced to stop in the middle of the road.
Before the accident happen, a driver who was passing through that area told the women to move her car to the side of the road because it is dangerous fixing her type in the middle of the road.
Minutes later, a small car with five passengers crashed into the vehicle owned by the women.
The crash was so powerful that it pushed the four-wheel vehicle nearly 40 metres on the road. The accident resulted in the death of its driver, 34, another man, 60, a 28-year-old woman and a nine-month-old boy. Another woman in the car was seriously wounded.
“The victims belong to one family…the Jordanian woman was not hurt as she was outside the car at the time of the accident,” Dubai traffic prosecutor Salah Al Falasi said, quoted by the Arabic language daily Emirat Alyoum.
It is not the driver’s responsibility to leave his or her car in the middle of the road where the speed limit is 140kph. It is not the other driver’s fault to drive fast in that area because the speed limit was 140kph. Because of the wrong judgement by the Jordanian woman has resulted in 4 deaths.
The Dubai traffic prosecutor Salah Al Falasi said that the prosecution and the Dubai traffic police are still investigating the accident before taking legal measure against those who are responsible in this event.
