2013 Volkswagen Golf MK7 R Specifications Revealed
This is not just an “R”. This all new Golf R here is way beyond that in terms of performance, features and of course the stunning sharp figures of it.
Before we get into any further details, this machine right here will be making it’s first debut end of this 2013. It’s just a little heads up for some of you Golf fans out there. So let’s see what’s special about it.
Under the Hood
The previous MK6 R features a 255 Horsepower engine, however, the new version here features a 300 stunning Horsepower and 380 Nm of torque. It’s also a Haldex 4Motion All Wheel Drive. Imagine the power it produces and the fuel you get to save! One the other side, we are still digging on information on it’s 0-100km/h time as no source were clear on it. As far as we know, the MK6 could do 0-100km/h in just 4.9 seconds and 5.1 seconds for the six speed automatic gearbox and manual gearbox respectively.
